Women often do not know about the changes they may experience as they grow older. This article outlines the changes that women can expect by the time they reach 50 and beyond. I start from the top of the body and end at the feet. This article makes suggestions about how to handle these bodily changes. I also talk about aging teaching us about what is important and what is not. Growing older may help us understand what matters.
